I have been a full member now for about 5 years, and going as a guest for several previous years.
great club with our own grandstand.A lot of changes going on at present to the circuit due to F1 and MOTO GP requirements,
will give you much more info if you PM me your phone no ,
we have 4 members with masers -1 QP,-1 GS Spyder, 1 4200 CC ( good friend) and my own GS LE,

You're missing one! Should read "we have 5 members with masers -1 QP,-1 GS Spyder, 1 4200 CC ( good friend), a Bora and my own GS LE,"

I have been a member for quite a few years and we organise events with the Silverstone Racing Club and we even carry their logo on our race car.

I thoroughly recommend joining but I know membership is almost full for 2011 so be quick.

They are closing renewals for existing members at the moment I think, then membership will be offered to those on the waiting list once they know how many spaces they have available.

Don't be surprised if your email isn't replied to promptly as I know Janet who runs the club has a backlog of correspondence from the holiday period and she is also currently on holiday.

Good to have a chat the other day ,you probably have made the right decision as i dont think you would have got in this year .
I have heard (allegedly) that 250 approx were on the waiting list !!!
If you would like to come to the track sometime ,say APRIL or MAY when the weather,s better ,to a club meeting, please get in touch and you can come as my guest , meet some of the folk; see the club ,then make up your own mind re joining ,
otherwise all being well ,see you at Standford Hall.

PS the green Gransport belongs to Daniel Corbett (london) who i know quite well .
