Just as a point of reference, these are the dual-cast ones. On the left, some battle-weary originals, skimmed once and now binned. On the right, some lovely fresh new ones courtesy of Formula Dynamics. I think we concluded that these are rebranded originals as fitted to the later GTS with sports handling pack (or whatever it was called).
The ones on the right look like the ones that are on my 2014 GTS.

Yes, I think they're identical, David. At the time we assumed that a third-party manufactured them, but it now seems more likely that FD managed to find a way to resell them (for less $$). Regardless, other than Maserati, FD was the only place to get replacement front disks for a GTS. Until, SM, wearing a superhero's cloak, saved the day, anyway.

Good job guys. Even more tempted to add a 4.7 QPV to the fleet... did I mention the Scirocco is going on the market soon!

Option 2 seems like the sweet spot but the appeal of the performance upgrade from option 3 would draw me in.

Off topic, Zep suggested there was an upgrade kit, braided hoses etc on way for GS, any timeline?

I would carry on and get OEM, we are still waiting to get a production date from the supplier, I cant honestly see them being delivered this year.

I don’t think we will see std discs in the near future. The std sized ball and rotor units are competitive with OEM pricing with the added advantage of being cheaper next time they need changing (as you only change the rotors), this is the only SM option around at the moment.
