Always wanted one. Had a Monster. Sadly just about any sports bike is a no-no in terms of size alone.

Totally agree with modern sports bikes just so uncomfortable for me at 6 foot 2 actually painful on the neck and arms and too darn fast for the road.
All the years I had my 76 Z1000 with its 82bhp it was more than enough for me.
50bhp on an Enduro Bike is a handful but so enjoyable.
A bit like the joke you're sister doesn't do it like this in the bedroom and hanging on for the ride.

916/996 aren’t as small as you think. This was mine.

You’ll fit an RC8. Everything is adjustable you can go from **** in the air to touring with a few spanners. Mine in Norway.

I never found a sports bike that could drive out from between my legs without touching the sides :)

It's all a pipe dream now, Mrs C and I have an agreement....

Oddly I preferred the 748 to the bigger engines as you had to work it (ring it's neck) to get the most out of it. Big twins are often accused of being boring due to a linear power delivery and huge blobs of torque.

I'm just looking at getting bike and taking my test . I'm not a massive fan of sports bikes but this Ducati Scrambler/Cafe racer does thing to me that I can 't explain . I may have to buy one .78477

I am not a fan of naked bikes and generally hold the view that all water cooled nakeds look sh!te. But the Scrambler (above), BMW NineT and MV Dragster (below) are kinda cool

I don't ride motorbikes never have but do have a hankering for a Ducati 748R (always have preferably in yellow) but an earlier SP or SPS would tick the boxes too, maybe when the man cave is built I will have some space

After being on it for an hour you'd wish you never got on, hips, knees, wrists will be knackered.....

Wasn't planning on actually riding it, do you think I'm mad?

Mate had Ducati sports bikes for years and due to all of the issues above he finally admitted he was getting old and bought a Multistrada 1200 which also looks nice and has some pretty clever tricks including selectable engine mapping

Here’s mine, a fabulous bike to ride is set up correctly. Currently tucked up and hibernating, but will be back on the road in the spring.

After an hour - you can’t get off - for all the reasons above
You’re right, I forgot Neck and lower back, I tried a mates for a “day” as I always wanted one...I was back within the hour and needed a chiropractor to get off..The only time it was comfortable was stood on the pegs and doing a wheelie ( was on an airfield)....
