A truly sad day for the finest visionary of our time.

You will be missed on a personal level by myself and it seems only fitting I make this announcement to the forum on an iPhone.

Never has the death of someone I have never met hurt me so deeply.

Wrote my PhD on a Mac 4/40 - they were wonderful pieces of kit, couldn't have managed without it. A game-changer as much as the iPod and iPad.

Genius is not a word we can use very often but I think it applies to Steve, he will be remembered as a true visionary of our lifetime......
