It's easy just pick an address from Google and use it or mine and Ms French's as we still have the house.

As it was built in the EU you pay a reduced flat rate of duty which is £50 and then 20% VAT in order to release it from UK customs.

Is the 20%VAT on the new purchase price? Possible it left the UK VAT free.

And now i seem mischievous for having set a cat amongst the pigeons. On closer inspection... Yes it's likely a UK export to NZ. I'm not sure if it's 25k miles or klm as i presume that is configurable through system settings and I'd hazard a guess that the first owner in NZ updated this setting. Yes you'd get the lesser rate of tax as its a re-import but shipping would be problematic... Its unlikely this can be sent roro as i doubt it's a roller and a runner, so containerised freight is more likely needed. Inland cartage within NZ likely a bit pricey too. Still... A few nice bits to be had on that thing. Well and truly worth doing for an enterprising kiwi... (of which there are many).

The 20% VAT is I believe on the price you pay for the used car, not the new purchase price.
