STUNNING GRANSPORT *NOW SOLD*

I agree with the sentiments above. It's rare for a Maserati to sell very quickly, even more rare for a GranSport in such a standout colour! I've had to deal with the usual chancers, but this is par for the course when selling a car - it reminds me why I sell so few! The car is tucked up in my garage on a trickle charger until the next lucky owner appears.

Wattie - when I saw the car first advertised 7-odd years ago I showed it to my (thankfully now ex) wife and said "who the f@ck would buy that?!" A few more weeks of repeatedly being drawn back to the advert had me reaching for the phone and arranging a viewing. I'm so glad I did!

Deep down, MAF, you probably knew the answer even as she asked the question. :)

Wow - a bargain surely for someone there! Good luck with the sale.

Out of interest, who did the 360 Stradale software upgrade? Worth the invesment?

Thanks. They've always been amazing value; the current market makes them even more so.

Software was done via a friend with trade connections, I don't believe it's something generally available. It won't help you to know it transforms the car and is certainly one of the best improvements I've made.

Drove past Banana’s today and saw a for sale in the window so you could bag a brace of yellow with a 4200 Spyder!

New price - cash required for house purchase
I was looking at your ad on AT, I'm afraid the colour is not to my taste but I'd be fascinated to read the magazine article you'd photo'd in the ad. What magazine is it from and do you/anyone know if it's available online?

Really hope the buyer joins here if not already a member. I am in the tricky "third maserati" stage just now, so adding the fourth might tip the balance.

This has to be so much better than any early 4.2 Granturismo (standard). The nearest match might be the 4.2 mc-shift sold by collecting cars at 21.5k + 6% fee. For certain Mark's car has way more sound than anything else with a trident badge. Not heard next to a Stradale admittedly, but that club is north of 50k.

This one? It needs a lot of tidying up. I reckon some time and money spent detailing, de-scuffing and generally straightening things out would have helped get a few quid more for that. It just looks a bit unloved. Still, nice spec.

^^^ That one indeed. Would have bid on it , but already have my QP. Undecided about getting into any GT from my QP.
The 4.7 noise keeps calling .........

...it always looked a stunning car

Still does!

I've had a recent flurry of interest which may or may not come to anything. In the meantime I've decided to try the Collecting Cars site. My experience so far with them is positive, photographer came last week to take loads of high quality photos. I'm selling to free up some extra cash for a property purchase, so the way I'm looking at it the car will fetch +£15k on the sale price due to the stamp duty holiday.
