Suspension Lift Kit / Granturismo

Does anyone have any experience of retro fitting a front suspension lifting kit?
My Granturismo Trofeo car has very little ground clearance and even though it is now higher than it was when I got it, it really needs to be higher. Ideally, I would like it to be at least the height of a Stradale and then have the ability to drop it back down to factory level when I am using it on track.
The existing set up is quiet straightforward with dampers & springs, there is no complex skyhook or other electronic trickery
Thanks

This lot seem to have an interesting solution. Basically replacing the top mounts with an extending actuator. You can have sensors to automatically avoid objects too.

Yes Zep, I had a look at their videos and their products earlier, and it looks like their actuators and coilovers could be a decent solution.
I'm going to get in touch and see what they have to say although the kit at around £6k feels a bit steep
Cheers

Why not just lift the car slightly. You’re not going to loose anything significantly performance wise for a track day.

It's about as high as it will go on the current springs and it's still lower than the Stradale so for driving on poor roads, it's a real issue

I assume your wanting to retain the current race suspension set up?
If not, can't you just fit the strad springs and shocks for a good middle ground?

Sounds to me that being a Trofeo it is designed for track use only?
Is it stripped out for racing?
I would have thought that it would be almost undriveable on a typical UK road?
If you retrofit 'road suspension' it is no longer Trofeo.
So if it is driveable on the Trofeo track suspension, the air lift is your only option.
Pictures please!

Stuart
I stumbled across this service manual for your car. Not specific to your current issue but thought you might make use of it. I guess you've already got this manual but just in case you haven't:
Moz

I do have a copy but many thanks for looking out for me

Here you go, lots of information here for your perusal!

Yes, I would like to retain the existing suspension as it will be moved too far away from being a Trofeo

Thanks everyone for your input, lots to chew over

They look like the coil spring assisters they sell for towing caravans. But much, much more than expensive!

Does anyone know why this guy has joined and posted a picture of a knackered Lancia?
