Morning all, still struggling with squat type movements including going down stairs! Otherwise mobility is returning. Got an inspection in Halstead this morning then some admin later. No more assistant for a while as Christine is off to Gainsborough today to look for a house and make her move north! It has been great fun having her working with me the last month or so, it has given her a bit more savings to make the move and she is by far the best engineer of all of my assistants so far. To the point she is often ahead of me in finding the next tool needed in the back of the van!

Have fun all...

Morning.

still aching from boxing too, right across the shoulders and buttocks.

Fed up of the rain, fed up of the cold, fed up of the dark, fed up not driving the Mas.

Moaning.

Sounds like you bent down in the shower looking for the soap Matt.
Morning all.
I'm certainly not doing exercise in public.
Quite happy using the Nordic cross trainer.
Actually finding it enjoyable as it cost me nothing and no membership fees.
Some Good music and off I go.
Just found out my smart phone will do everything a fit bit will.
Just need to attach it to my arm.

Hello everyone!
Dunno why I've not been here lately. What's been happening?
In the meantime, I've seen MLC a couple of times and we've still not done well at drinking the gin he's been providing the two of us every time we see each other. At this rate that Albanian/Serbian/whereverelseian moonshine brandy will be finished before his bottle of gin.
Other random shizzle in Mr. Pea's world? Somehow I've got myself roped into coaching rowing again - after 12 years of neither coaching nor rowing - and I feel like a right charlatain. That said, seems I can actually help crews go better, and when it's a women's boat club I'm coaching, there are several perks. Not as many as the university 1st VIII women I used to coach, but beggars can't be choosers.
Work is interesting. We'll see where things go over the next few weeks to see if any action is being taken on cr4p. There's a chance it is being done.
What else? I'll come up with something but for now...

HapPea Wednesday! xXx

Morning, World of SM.

Stevie, welcome back. I'm pleased you've found some determined ladies to inspire. That's great news, in many ways.

Working at home today, and only freshly surfaced from a flurry of calls. My brain is really not keen on being up and alert before about now. I've got Christmas-lag.

I like the idea of having cheerleader ladies with me on the bank running their pompoms on me whilst I teach two crews of 8 ladies in lycra to finish all together by going down fully in one action.
