The good morning thread

I have done an hour of Personal Training every week for 3 years, with a fair bit over Zoom last year. But can't find the motivation to start this year. All that jumping about seems a bit pointless.

I don't jump :) Mostly I end up doing things that look and feel really simple for 2-3 reps. And by the time you get to 10, you're begging for mercy.

Mrs C gets quite a lot of jumping drills to help with her jogging.

Morning, all. No snow out east. Well, none to speak of. Some is due later so we're out for a gallop sooner. Had a great walk yesterday out across the fields and exploring some parts of the area we've for some reason never stumbled on before. Or, in this case, never slithered around on before - it's all pretty gloopy and wellies are mandatory.

Good morning everyone, snow here. Mrs MLC hasn't seen snow like this in the southern UK. It was quite heavy but around 40mm has settled.

Good Morning Everyone, early shift and treachorous drive in, so if you don't need to go out, don't.

Staying in bed is a better option...

Morning all. Should be in work but not going as the roads are lethal here.

Strange, normally I’d be happy to have a snow day. But a day in work rather than home is something you look forward to at the moment.

Morning all, and the start of a week without any work - well that's not quite true as there are a list of jobs to be done around the house, garden and garage

Morning all. Into the office this morning as I have a few conference calls, and is easier without Joseph adding his two penneth!

A light dusting of snow in Ashford (where my office is) but nothing in Hythe (where I live). However, it does appear that people are still f*cking idiots and drive with their windows covered in the stuff and can't see out.
I narrowly avoided one such f*ckwit who decided to turn across me without indicating or looking and she then had the temerity to start having a go at me!

Then there are those who decide to over take on the motorway in the outside lane which is covered in the aforementioned dusting (lanes 1 & 2 were completely clear) and wonder why they end up spinning backwards off the motorway into the barriers on the central reservation) and then roll gently into the yard shoulder (still backwards).
Fortunately everyone else could see what was going to happen and slowed down otherwise it could have potentially turned into a multi-car/lorry pile up!

Morning all. Still a bit snowy. Wonder if I should go to work...... Oh, wait.... I haven't since March.

Bloody workaholic. Feb for me. Oh, wait... I did go to London twice between lockdowns, but it was strange.

Morning, all. No snow here, but it does seem cold. Later I shall go outsidce to find out for certain. But not yet.
