Thanks Adam. Appreciated. Where we live now is a 5min walk from my first flat.
Where we are moving to is a 10min walk from where we are now.

So not far at all. Staying in North London.

I should call them property solicitors, as they are. But, I don't. Residential property isn't so much about law, its more about administration and organisation. Most are so scared about being sued, that they barely want to advise you about anything.

I have decided that any birthday spent a) in lockdown, or b) working overseas does not count. So, two lockdown birthdays, the year before in Jakarta, at least two in Dubai, Amsterdam and Moscow. I'm fairly sure that I'm still in my thirties. I just look well used. Too many careless lady owners.

Happy Birthday Adam.
Finished the welding on the 2CV.
Got to paint the floors and then a good clean up underneath and rust proof it all.
Started to clean the engine bay and front suspension whilst I have the front panels off.

Morning all, survived the day in the big city and cheese larder is now replenished.

Plan is a poets day so finish by lunchtime then off to the NCT centre to finalise the Fulvia transfer and get its Irish registration issued.

Morning all, will see what the day brings but it will not be the one I had planned as I got a bid request from an old client they want priced by lunchtime for a national chain! Could be huge or could ruin me so I need to get it priced right.
