Morning Gents, Welcome to another rainy day in August. Ah the British Summer. Hope you get your Mac sorted Rob. Is it properly dead or is there still a heart-beat?

morning miles.
I hope its not dead. got an "appointment" with apple for thursday afternoon where they will probably tell me its water damage, should'nt have taken it into the bath, gone swimming with it or cleaned it with the jet wash.
its their stock answer.
what happened to the days when you could just walk in with something you bought and complain its stopped working.
the sale of goods act doesn't apply to apple apparently.

Same old same old........no delays on the buying of an item over the phone.......but if a problem.....that will be £1 a min....just to wait for 20 mins...then a 10 minute reply to say theres nothing they can do!

I feel for the little chap, I haven't been to school for nearly 40 years but I still get those " back to school " blues around this time every year.

Back to school bad enough...But at 4 this is his first time......I think they you start at 6.....Although he is 5 in December some of the kids are young 4's and I must say if he was a young 4 he wouldn't be ready.
