I first felt this when at DVLA in Swansea, not relevant but helps describe the situation.
I cant remember how or what but some guy lent me a CD about relaxation, tuning in etc, lots of hippy shiiit but I took bits out of it and the one thing I still do is this (this is from 12 years ago)
I arrange the the pillows in bed in a sort of ramp, and imagine I'm in a river, warm water, body under water and head above and there's water flowing slowly down over the back of my head and shoulders it's flowing down and I suppose the analogy is its taking your woes away and, I know, it sounds like a load of old **** but it does work for me. and I'm Mr. Sceptical.
God I can't believe I posted that!
If it works then why not....these days my mind is open more than ever. I don't judge any more so your safe posting anything with me
