I'm actually looking forward to it as it should inject some proper natural fun and laughter. Much less contrived and wooden. I have always laughed at Paddy but never was a fan of Freddie. However after seeing him a bit more I have grown to like him much more. I think he has matured a little bit since his earlier boisterous cricket days as he was an idiot back then but I guess selfishly enjoying himself. He is better for his slight maturity now. You can never dislike the infection of Chris Harris. Such knowledge and love for the proper motor car can only be respected IMHO.

I will be watching it on Sunday and the trailers look like fun which is just what the show needs. They might even get it back to the old days or better. Time will tell.

I think it will great...a real improvement,

Both Paddy and Freddie should bring the right humour to the show!

How can you not like Paddy McGuinness and Freddie Flintoff!? I don't know who Chris Harris is to be honest.

There is no doubt it'll make watching Top Gear fun again (in my opinion), the only concern I'd have is how well they actually know their cars... The original trio made Top Gear great because of the comradery between then, but most importantly they also clearly knew their sh*t when it came to cars.

Will the new guys have this knowledge and understanding? Only time will tell, but looking forward to it!

Paddy is a genuine bloke, my bro knows him quite well. He's from Bolton you know. And so is Paddy. Peter Kay is a miserable sod though. Freddie is a Preston lad, but supports Man City. I can never condone not supporting your local club, it's traitorous....

Not a fan of either to be honest but I think it will be funny looking at the trailers.

I was always an avid top gear fan with the trio of Jeremy, Richard, and James. All of my car-fanatic friends and I were in panic mode when Jeremy was removed from the show, and Richard and James decided to follow. I realize that top gear cannot possibly recapture the chemistry and appeal of Jeremy, Richard, and James, and I do understand they need to find their "market". I hope things go successfully for them.

Fecking hate Clarkson, with a vengeance.....

I remember Top Gear when it was about test driving cars.....

I agree....Tiff Needell is awesome and he would be great where ever he decides to go. I understand the harsh feelings towards Clarkson, but I think he is a catalyst for bringing out different points of view. Jeremy might be a tool at times, but I believe his opinions - no matter how wrong, can have a significant influence. A few years ago an automotive business publication here in the US ranked the top 10 most influential people in the industry, and I think Jeremy was ranked #8 or #9....

Just watched a film ‘London has fallen’ with Russell Crowe, bit far fetched but an enjoyable flick for what it is.
Right towards the end they announced the new Prime Minister of the UK - Mr Clarkson!

I liked it. Very very far fetched though. As was Olympus Has Fallen. As will be Angel Has Fallen. Still looking forward to it.

The scene in London Has Fallen, where they are jogging in 'Washington' wasn't filmed in Washington. Ask me how I know :D
