I like the rear seat inserts, not seen those as a factory option before! Love that colour, it suits it. Not so sure about the very shiny buttons though?

I've an options brochure somewhere with the seat inserts, and also the additional rear footwell storage pockets, never seen them fitted to any car, but once saw a pair on eBay years ago.

With grand kids and booster seat requirements I could use a pair of them, I have seen on here people who have had the Maserati baby seat.

I may look at buying a couple of tech cloth roof liners and getting some bits made.

10 years ago when I bought mine, my youngest was 2.
I just borrowed some cushions from the lounge and filled the hole before fitting the car seat!
He's now nearly 5"6', size 9 feet, taller than his Mum and 16 year old sister!

Hi Mike,
The rear seat cushions were standard issue on Australian delivered cars and probably New Zealand too by the photo.
Don't know if was an Australian Design Rules stipulation???
Different markets, different requirements. UK had the tracker fitted and mine also had the sat nav Becker, both removed now.
PS I agree the colour really suits the GS. Also don't mind the bold Rama Ghibli (?) - metallic burnt orange.

I sold a 3200 last year and a very good customer of Marios and I has a Gransport Spyder in this colour. View attachment 90364
Dicky, i presume this is a uk delivery gs spyder? In my efforts to catalogue the 44 rhd gs spyders, I'd accounted for 21 of the 26 uk deliveries thus far.... So i gather this is 1 of the 5 I'd yet to identify. This colour would likely be a one off for a gs spyder I'd have thought....much like the giallo granturismo and verde goodwood...

I would probably guess the rear seat infills was something to do with fitting child seats in the back.
Even going back to the 70's my Triumph Stag UK Market did not have rear seat belts, but 3 point rear seat belts were fitted to the Australian export Stags.

Yes, I'm sure they are listed as such. Someone above said they just used a cushion, I have a bath sheet (big towel) I used to use folded up and below the kids seat.
I think the Aus spec cars also have some sort of additional anchorage point in the back around the parcel shelf area too, but might be mistaken. No photos of that area with this car.

Really nice colour combo though.
