Hi guys

First poster here...I’ve wanted an GS probably for the last 10 years, on the way to pick up a Z4M I saw one in a dealership, and wanted to return the Z4M right there and then!

Fast forward 8 years and I have changed jobs, divorced, bought a house with a new girl and am on the hunt for a nice GS...happy days!!

Ideally one in pearlescent white with the full leather interior, but happy to look at other options.

There’s a few cars for sale at the moment but not sure if many are known on this forum...

Budget is 25-30k...I’m based near Milton Keynes if that helps. Is anyone local? I’ll be honest I’ve never actually looked at one properly up close so would love to chat to an owner and see them in the flesh...

It’s a weigh up between a GS or an early V8 vantage

Essay over, cheers guys

Ah that would be amazing! I think I’ve only ever seen one around here which was parked up at Xscape years ago, even left them a note but no reply haha! A look around and chat would be amazing! I’m going away tomorrow for 2 weeks with work but when I’m back does that suit?

There is a Fuji Bianco one for sale, they are v.rare, but it would need a inspection as the history is patchy.

And the trim is well... one of a kind.

Is this the one around 26k with the blue seat inlays? Yes it’s definitely different...how did you know about the patchy history? Ex forum car?

Forget the Aston, as we only do mostly Italian stuff on here!

There's been one or two lovely GS's for sale on here recently from forum members , just have to keep your eye out

All the best with your search

Yes probably slightly biased towards the Mas on here...
Thanks buddy, hoping someone on here wanting to sell may get in touch eventually...I have a few weeks until I need one
Failing that I’m sure I’ll have plenty of q’s

Not a forum car but known to GS and other owners... sad as it could have been a stunner if maintained.

What’s the general view on Nuvola cars and the supercar showroom cars?

Nuvola looks expensive but to a high sale prep?

Most people say he's ok.. but I'm not sure about buying from a guy selling out of a multi storey down in the smoke!

Is Nuvola even selling now? Was in contact with him via email not too long ago and he mentioned a new business venture.
Richard Grace would be worth contacting. He doesn't have a GS on his books right now but he'll know better than most what's what.

Okay thanks guys, I’ve sent him/them an email so see what they come back with.

Surprised Nuvola doesn’t have the most amazing rep...I guess you can’t just go off high prices and shiny lighting to be assured they’re the best...

A big warm welcome...great car the GS....as is the Vantage......The Vantage for me is the best looking car ever made and still looks greT today. I've driven both and for me the 4.7 Vantage edges it. The Vanage was a better balanced car and more the sports car....enjoyed it more than the GS but they are both great cars and I'm sure you will not be disappointed what ever you buy.

As Pete above said Bianco Fuji is like rocking horse poo over here. The one for sale is the only one I've seen for sale for years. You may be waiting a while. There is someone on here selling a GS that needs a clutch for 20k. Seems a really good price even needing a clutch. May be worth a chat as not much detail on the car in the thread. Your best port of call is Richard Grace cars. He is well respected on here and sold to a few on here. What he doesn't know about the GS isn't worth knowing. Good luck with the search.

Thanks for the welcome mate! Yeah I’d be looking at a 4.3 V8 so from what I’ve read the GS is a little ‘rawer’ so coupled with it being rarer might be more my thing...

Annoyingly R.Grace is near where I grew up and was visiting family at the weekend and didn’t drop by!! But will see what he says!

And yes 20k sounds a steal so I’ll await info to be released on that one!

The 4.3 Vantage is a great car as long as you get a Banford Rose power upgrade. Cost just over 5k but you get another 40 BHP and their legendary exhaust which sounds very good indeed. I drove an early 4.3 on track two years ago and still thought it was a better balanced car. I shrinks around you. The GS is more grand tourer for me than sports cars....the vantage is the sports car...and the one plus for me is that you can go manual in the Vanage....you gave to drive the GS for more than a quick test drive to get used to the paddle shift if you are not used to it. It's old tech now compared to modern boxes ..... Some may say that's a good thing as its a more engaging box than the seamless modern ones....I would drive both and see what suits your needs.

Nuvola has a great reputation and after sales support. Nothing wrong with his operation or location.

RG is great too and supplied my last two cars, one of which was ex-Nuvola.
