Had the GranT a few weeks now and really starting to get to grips with it, great fun. Anyway while browsing through the document folder I found two of these little black boxes or fobs. They have a bar code and a number on them, not the same on both, and the round bit doesn’t seem to be a button. What are they!77978

They are the fobs for the tracker. You are supposed to take them in the house and then if the car moves you get a call from the service. I think the company is something to do with Vodafone so you can probably call and see if it's still live - it costs a couple of hundred quid a year.

Thanks Catman, the Parrot mki9200 seems to work. Buts there was no remote. Got a remote from eBay but no luck so far in pairing it.

OK, if you grab the manual from the Parrot website it should be pretty straightforward. Let me know if you get stuck. The 9200 is a nice piece of kit. Fitted in my Alfa GT, and both my Maseratis. The iPod is currently plugged into the Jaaaaaag, but gets very little use as the Jaaaaaag has DAB which means Absolute 80s

Turn the ignition on. Wait till the parrot screen finishes showing the graphic equalizer screen. Press and hold the two phone buttons red and green and also the middle play button. Screen should then show remote pairing.
