I was in Chester today Andy, saw a Black 147 GTA at this little car dealership, 56k miles, £7495. Wanted it so bad, looked in nice condition.

i nearly cried that i couldn't afford it, have such an obsession with them, o.k they dont handle the best out of the hot hatches but it wipes the floor of it's rivals in terms of looks, noise, passion and that engine. Bet you never get board of looking at your V6.
I would want a GTA with the Q2 Diff, supposed to really sharpen up the handling of the car.

Never seen a Pearlescent white one, does look rather nice though, quite rare too. I would like either Black, Red or White.

Wouldn't buy a front drive Alfa without a Q2 Adam ....This GTV is transformed with the Q2...Its a total different car to my old V6 GTV...Puts the power down much better with no torque steer at all ....Highly recommended..

it is a modification that improves the car though and does not stress the chassis or engine. Fly wheels will make a difference i bet as well.
