Have any of you whiskey drinkers invested in it? I was sent some info recently and it’s done very well.
Not my thing but for the connoisseurs it might enhance your already enjoyable experience.
I personally wouldn’t go anywhere near it. These kinds of schemes have been running since the 1990s along with ‘wine investment schemes’. You won’t see any likely return.
Just do your own research and buy investment wines by yourself. Just remember, wine is a long term investment.. 5-10 years minimum. You’ll have bonded storage charges of around £20 per case annually so keep that in mind too. Essentially you have to buy the best from the best vintages in order for it to appreciate. A £500 case of wine will not yield a return by the time you deduct storage charges, sellers fee etc.

Giving this a go. A gift for Easter from the Father in law. English Rose. Don’t mind a blush but usually find Rose a bit sweet. 83748

Some can be. I doubt English will be over sweet unless forced to be so. Personally I find nearly all English wines to be over priced and over rated. YMMV

Couple of beers from a local (Seriously, there's a craft brewery in Harlow!) brewery and now on the Prosecco.

Feeling no pain :)

It’s ok actually...More off dry apparently. Well I’m enjoying it anyway. I have found myself getting more into English wines the last year.

Looking forward to warmer weather as have two magnums of Whispering Angel ready to go....Bloody love it.
