Gerard is not a terrible manager. If a few months at Villa determine that then that’s not a fair look at what he achieved in Scotland or for the Liverpool youth team where he won cups and leagues.
He just made the premier move too soon that’s all. He will be back. Just needs a lower league team for a few years or England job haha
It wasn’t Gerrard in Scotland it was Michael Beale who was the real brains. Slippy G just fronted the show. Much the same as he did at Villa.

That must of been the most boring last day of the season in the history of the Premiership.
I couldn’t see Everton not winning against Bournemouth. Talksport made it sound like it was real exciting.

He is a terrible manager, much like Gerrraaarrrd. Great players do not necessarily make great Managers...(apart from Fergie and Cloughie, both great strikers in their day)
He kept Burnley in the Prem for 6 years with virtually nothing to spend. Last season, Everton survived with one game to spare thanks to the goals of Richarlison. He got sold, as did Anthony Gordon and neither were replaced. They, effectively, have no dedicated striker and no flair players yet he still kept them up. He has a fairly set way of playing, but it gets the best out the players at his disposal. If he had a decent budget, he’ll do a better job. I bet Leeds wish they had got him in.

I agree with you about Dyche, he's good but I was refering to Lampard.

In that case, for once, you are correct!
I always thought that snow fell silently but it turns out I was wrong, snowflakes do an awful lot of whining.

 love it Ian , some heavy drifts in Parliament I notice , leave aside those on £20K week in the premiership

Now I don’t like football one bit but surely this FA Cup is a waste of time this year as no matter what happens it the cup goes back to Manchester…Surely if they played it in Manchester they wouldn’t have had to take the cup far after the match. Then my trip to London this weekend would be a lot my relaxed. ;-)

Sad news.
It wasn’t too long ago heard him on a football commentary on the radio and came across as a top bloke.
