Get your teams set up before the deadline of 18:30 UK time. 90 minutes before the Luton v West Ham game. The league still looks upside down from last year.

After the weekend of 3 hat-tricks in the top flight, the first time since 1992, scores were high. Everyone should have Haaland as captain and so 40 points for one player is worth it. Dave Wells is now top of the league but John Emment top scored...just.

I’m amazed given 2 of my defenders didn’t play. However since one of them is Botman I should be thankful!

pardon the Scot commenting here but you are completely correct, they are fine passing the ball back and fro in midfield but do not seem to have a plan about breaking down any reasonable defense once they go into the final third. Rashford the only quality "playmaker/potential game changer" you have so not understanding the thinking leaving him on the bench............will save any further comment til after Tuesday evening ;)

I think they’ve got a lot of quality players but the manager is paranoid of losing, probably part of the blame must go to the press who are ruthless the minute we lose against a mediocre team.
Once upon a time an England game was above all home league football but people now saying these international breaks are boring. If they carry on playing like they do people will lose a lot of interest with England playing.

The scores on the doors following the end of Week 7. Since Luton were playing two games in the week, I captined Morris their striker at the sacrifice of Haaland, brave move but it paid off, although if I selected Ollie Watkins, it weould have been more beneficial as he scored 23 points alone.

Gameweek 8 selections close at 11:00am Saturday. Big game of the week is Arsenal v Man City....Jesus for a hattrick?
