My clock also stopped a while back. I was recommended to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes which I did. After that the clock was working fine again..
Moving country just for getting more roar from the maser seems a bit over the top. Cutting all the stuff out from the original rear box also (can never be put back again). Maybe anyone has or knows someone that has Larini's or Tubi for sale for my 3200 GTA ?
Thanks
So I have been investigating over here in Belgium what the implications are for changing *anything* on the exhaust system. The Belgium MOT only allows replacement exhaust parts which have been certified by the manufacturer for this type of car or otherwise: *fail inspection* and you get a notice...
Hi Guys,
I'm thinking of modifying my 3200GTA exhaust system. I still have the original exhaust system fitted but would like to car to sound a bit more aggresive ie. heavier sound. I read something about Larini pipes etc but have no idea what to do. Did anything on this Forum change to a more...
Hi there,
My 3200GT uses about 1 liter of 10W60 oil per 500 KM driven. Is this what other owners of the 3200GT see as well ? Maybe it's a too high consumption of oil ?
Many thanks for your feedback,
I bought myself a ODB II scan tool to read error codes from my 3200GT (June 2000). However, I am having difficulty locating where to connect it. I read somewhere it should be under the steering wheel but I can't find it. See the pictures below. Anyone that can help me ?
Never mind, I fixed the problem myself already. You have to disconnect the battery for more the 5 minutes and then connect it back, after that the clock was 'ticking' again :-)
I did a battery reset but did not help so maybe yes, the fuse. Can anyone direct me which fuse to check exactly and where these fuse(s) are located ? In the trunk ?
Many thank
Hi all,
Hope you can help out. I have a 3200GT (year 2000) and the white dashboard clock in the middle is not "ticking" anymore. After a flat battery a few weeks back it did not work anymore after recharging the battery. All other electronics are fine and the car runs perfectly. Anybode has...
Hmm, my rear tail has 3 broken LED diodes, could it be that it is a transistor that broke instead of the diode ? Does anyone have a electrical schematic diagram of the taillight ?
Hi Davy,
Thank you for your technical help and yes, I would be very interested in the parts/tools you used to open the light (it's the rear left boomerang tail light). If you made any photo's that would be even very welcome (I'm kinda nerveous cracking the lens) :worried1:
Thanks
Rex, this is exactly what I was looking for :clap1: And even available in Belgium where I live from RS exports. You need to buy 10 though but the price is very low. Next is how to solder them nicely off and on :D Anyone have any expirience ? How to open the bommerang unit ?
These LEDS at Maplins do look different then the ones actually on the 'booomerang' tail of a 3200GT, please see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6-UlKIwZpA
Did anyone on this forum ever repair such LED's by soldering them off and putting new ones on the PCB ?
