Good Afternoon, My 4200 (05 plate) is stuck in "Auto" mode. All ok this morning until I tried it in Auto mode whilst in traffic, then on deactivating it the "Icy" symbol is illuminated even though the ambient temp is 19 degC! and it is stuck in Auto, however the Auto symbol is not illuminated...

My thoughts exactly. The Optimate works ok as it charges the battery within 12 hours when isolated. So there is a fairly heavy demand on the system to consume the Optimate's output ampage along with a fully charged battery. Will try the above test when I can find my Fluke multimeter. Thanks to...
