It's probably looks worse than it is, wouldn't surprise me to learn they cut the roof off to get the driver out.

A few years back a guy told me his boss came across an accident where an old guys car had taken a battering, he helped the old guy out and sat him in the back of his jag s type with the heater on while the police arrived.

In the mean time this guy started complaining of pains in his back so the police called an ambulance telling him not to move, the paramedics weren't taking any chances in case there was a spinal injury so they called the fire brigade who cut the roof off his 2 year old Jaguar to get the old guy out

Never saw him again Newton, just a driver I was chatting to in the services but it was like he was going to explode if he didn't tell someone , I guess he didn't like his boss much

I'm not even sure a situation like that would be covered by insurance

They don't sell cars that people have died or been very seriously injured in. They are crushed once the police are finished with them. I would also suspect that this was crushed while stationary, probably reversed into by an HGV in a yard.
