Returning to the original question: some ‘serious shite’ does lay ahead mainly because the political class in the EU & NATO thought they could ultimately park themselves on Putin’s border by having Ukraine join their club … They’ve let everyone down by clearly learning jack **** from the Cuban missile crisis. The US certain wouldn’t tolerate a potentially malicious foreign power on its border so why would they expect the Russians to do that(?)! It’s political ignorance and failure that’s now killing people on the ground, on both sides …

Exactly, now we have an 80 year old with senility and 70+ year old playing brinksmanship on our doorstep and we haven't got a decent leader within Europe to try and sort the shite out , A 4ft wannabee Frenchman has been sent a firm message recently that Paris is targeted. What is it with these guys on both sides, you think the 43000 strong police and army barracks being built now in Paris is for the Olympics I urge you to think again , Most of us on here have a few quid be wise spend a bit and make some kind preparation just in case ................its not money lost ....just being sensible, really guys im not trying to scaremonger and I hate my gut , because most of the time its right and this time it isn't IBS
