I will say as far back as 2009 when I went to see the 2005 yellow GS...DL told me they would not normally sell 2004/2005 GS's because of the age..They always looked for the updated model..That says a lot for the Marque.....Odd..

That's normal with the German brands too - rarely retail anything over 4 years old.

Was this the one that was at Maranello too? I reckon there's only two 2006 cars in that spec, seems odd (but possible) that both came up for sale together.

Oddly, it was more expensive at Maranello with more miles, IIRC.

Re the wheel colour, I'm totally guessing, but reckon ADG might be using libraby pics. Mark's (F355GTS) GS was from ADG and was the same spec, but with grey wheels. I've not seen the pics on ADG but could tell you if it was Mark's old car/lib pics.

It's a different car Woody I'm pretty sure. There's more than two in nettuno as there's one on an 06 with Nero that I know too.

haha.....to be fair, I don't imagine many read that I was being quite so particular!

I only know that as I was looking at it thinking it looked like good value when at Maranello....then a very, very similar one appeared in Wakefield....looked a bit too much of coincidence.

Amusing to see it at ADG, if thats what happened. The one there looks to have great serice hisroty, all listed out in the ad. GS of that age with complete history must be getting rare.

I bought one from Lancaster Audi in Shrewsbury, he said that Maserati in Colchester would just mess him around.

Sounds about right: the same MD told me they would be happy to buy a car on my behalf from another MD. Perhaps I don't understand the financial dynamics at play here but I couldn't see much point in paying for two lots of margin!
