2011 QPV - Doors and trunk won't open properly

I have a 2011 QPV GTS. Flat Battery. Installed New Battery.

My doors and trunk will not open.

Doors will open using the tiny button that's a part of the handle. They will not open if I use the actuator that's a part of the handle.

Trunk has to be opened with a manual key, will not open with the trunk button on remote or the button located inside the car.

Any advice on how to potentially fix this?

A few cycles of lock and unlock and the micro switches will wake up.

also try changing door settings (in car set up on display) as it fixed issue for me on one of the rear passenger doors that wouldn’t open on microswitch.
