Hi Matt,

Count us three in, but can you explain a couple of things: -

What is/where is Le Blot?

What dates do we need to book off?

BTW I have done the Portsmouth to Caen ferry stacks of times when one of my operations was in Gibberville, Caen is an absolutely charming town as well, have you thought about taking the overnight ferry as it is sometimes cheaper?

Matt, please feel free to book for 3 of us and one vehicle, as I am new to Le Mans does this mean that the racing finishes on the Sunday and we then have a 180 mile drive on the Sunday to catch the Ferry at Cherbourg, or can we leave from Caen and catch the overnight ferry with Cabin?

Thanks Andy, I just didn't want to c0ck up Matts numbers, if we can't then always stay overnight in Portsmouth before driving back.

Will do. I am going to book the 21 ferries tomorrow. This year it's basically compulsory to take the same route, I am not going to bu99er about booking separate routes for everyone. The trip is out Tuesday and back Monday, all in the same ferry for everyone bar Frank, Aran and Mike.

I'll be taking a £50 deposit per head from everyone, if you back out you loose this as I'll lose the deposit on your ferry.

Everyone cool with that?

Yep that's perfect Matt and makes more sense, just that you never mentioned coming back on the Monday, as I assumed the Sunday, which is far better.

Tell me where you want the deposit and I'll get it sent this week.
