26k miles CAT D 3200 on co-part

Write off a 26k 3200 because someone has gone and driving along the side of car??? The front panel and the door can easily be fixed and that read quarter to replace... between it all maybe £2-4k to fix?
My only concern would be if the seat angles is representative of the driving style!

Has been clocked. Mot history check shows in 2008 it had 71k on the clock.....walk then run away

It might be best stripping it down for spares, if it's been clocked what else might it be hiding
