I much prefer the feel of EBC yellow to the 'wooden' feel of the original Brembos and they were one of the first things I changed when I got my car. They had exactly the same feel on my Evo V and I didn't like them then either.

I'm not a fan of the Brembo pads. I recently fitted some Mintex front pads and the difference was night and day. Turned out I didn't need the rears but the whole lot was sub £80 from memory. I'll be fitted yellow stuff when the new discs arrive. Just had new (OEM, gasp!) handbrake shoes fitted at the recent service. Shocking cost!

Your choice of course!
The OEM pads are adequate, just about. Last set I bought had the pad material on the label "Ferodo FD2500" or similar. The Ferodo parts are about £40. Not sure there is any maserati input to brake pads, made by Brembo (unless they outsource).

I'm not sure in EBC pads and use only original in my Maserati
