hi all

really need to do some catching on here - hope everyone and all cars are very well.

really busy here still but still get time now and then to take to our VPs about Maserati's :)

anyway one of our VPs has a 3200 and the battery is dead, no matter how long he charges. been quoted over £300 from maserati for replacement - any suggestions if you can get a Bosch or another brand - if so which one do you recommend.

also like within the Gransport is their a power switch, if so is this also near the battery ?

No problem, just go to a local motor factors the only difficulty is Maserati use reversed poles which are rarer. Go for a very heavy duty and it will get a 5 year guarenttee total of about £99-105 easy enough to fit but you are Going to need to remove most of the boot lining.

Hi Enzo

I have a Bosch S5 096 with a 5 year guarantee which has been great so far, £82 from Euro Car Parts. With a bit of persuasion, it will go into through the battery flap without removing the panelling. And yes, there should be an isolator switch located just above the battery towards the front of the car but I'm not sure if the early 3200s had this fitted, I think it depends on the MY

Yes, that's the same as the one I bought and it looks like a good price too. It's now £106 from Euro Car Parts
