No Red Key, only red code card, that could be an issue and you are right about the plate Dem, worth a few hundred and it's high mileage..!!

Not keen on black wheels and black body, too black for me. seems to have been looked after, I guess I am wondering why its being sold? There are a few ways to work round the red key thing these days so i am not sure i would worry too much on that.

The registration 21 MAS is coming up for auction with the DVLA and that only has a reserve of £1800, can't believe a prefix registration like this one is £4.5k

I'm not buying so don't worry as I have the appropriate allowance of motor vehicles and I know that you can buy these things hoping that they will cost little and will be nice for a summer's run but the bills still keep coming!
