not putting this here for trouble..............just saying that I got looking earlier for prices and my maths make the 4200 12k average and 3200 11k average.....

good prices for both considering some are 12 years old....

I do think that's it, bottomed out now....they will only go up.....these prices are from autotrader

That's why I'm keeping my 4200 for ever because where else can you get the style and power for that money any where else Dem.

Another 3200 got written off last week according to David A...good ones are getting rare indeed
I think even now you'd still be looking at around 15k for a nice low miles 3200 or early 4200

Been ultra reliable until the main engine ECU shat itself.

I just went out for a long blat in my 3200 and honestly there is not much out there that on full chat with the Turbo's boosting can match. Since I have sorted this boost issue it is driving even gharder than before when it measure 406bhp so I might just have to go back to the Surrey Rolling Road for another go.

I make the price for a decent 3200 under 50k miles to about 13-15k. It will only be a matter of time that the really good ones are into the 20k mark especially with the centenary year and Wheeler Dealers doing their bit.

Indeed the WD 3200 will cause a lot of interest in them, we are braced on here for a big influx in new members.

Dem and the rest mate, if you can advertise at the right price and be patient it will go. I wouldn't sell if I were you but if needs must then understandable. Kick yourself in a few years time when you look at the prices.

Matt: let's hope so will be good for all of us!

I agree, the 3200 is ripe for an increase in price. The good cars are so much better than the poor ones now and that should drive a premium.

Speaking of parts, mine needs an air con condenser and door seal (yikes) which I've been quoted £150 and £275 for respectively from Eurospares for used units of the blue car that they are breaking. Where else should I be looking?

Oh and £680 for a new door seal WTF?

A good AC? 17k?
Would be a bargain at that price. I need to sell mine after the centenary to fund house mods, ( was always the plan,) Two years time I will be in a position to replace it, or buy it back. I'll be advertising mine around 17 or 18K.
