Not sure how old these are, they are clearly used and would require polishing to bring them back to their best.
They are perfectly servicable, don't rattle and are of "medium" sound level - would pass a track day noise test. I took them off to go more hardcore.
I'm guessing these are around £800/pair new, so how does half that sound i.e £400
