Perception. Body kit gives the impression that the modified car goes faster than the standard car.

Reality. Body kit adds weight to the car, which makes it go slower.

As he got rid of the top bumper/wing joint, I wonder why didn't he get rid of the bottom one as well. That would have given the front a really clean look (apart from the naff front bumper).

Divides people from the cash in their wallet too.

Each to their own but when the car was designed by a master why spoil(er) it.
Its a bit like adding extra flowers to a Van Gough

It certainly would! Its never right to clag a fibreglass front bumper to steel panels. You would need to cut the Bumper off if you had to remove it for any reason!!
