The QP is really growing on me. I saw a couple at very close quarters today and sat in them, then a Ghibli. I love the driver's seat of the Ghibli, but the rear leg room and entry/exit room is frankly pathetic for the size of car. The QPs styling is way more bland than the previous model, but I also took a picture of the front ends of the old & new cars together - they're startlingly similar - new model in the foreground:


Rear legroom is much better in the QP than the Ghibli, so if I was in the market I would buy a QP over a Ghibli for my current family size needs.

Given the choice between having a Ghibli look the way it does, or having a little bit more space in the rear and a slightly wider door opening and it look like an A6 or 5 Series, I would go for the former every time. These are all compromises in design and I believe Maserati got the compromises on the Ghibli just right.

And I have had plenty of adults ride in the back and all have said it is a very comfortable place to be. None have said it was difficult to get in or out of. I have an 8 year daughter, so as a family car it works perfectly for me. But if you really need that extra space, Maserati make the QP..........

Anybody know how much Novitec charge for the upgrades?

They claim to be able to take my GC MC from 460hp to 646hp!!!!!!!
