They won't pay out if you track your maser as apparently the car is not designed to operate under those conditions... sadly a uk member has already been stung by this small print despite the brands own marketing on tracks!!!

When I worked for Maserati here we did two track days at Hampton Downs with cars out of the showroom driven by customers and given hot laps by professional race drivers.
When the cars came back we put new discs and pads on removed gravel etc and put back in the showroom to be sold.
Maserati staff were present too so they must sanction it.
One of the cars was a Stradale and all old parts were destroyed.
The warranty sagas are a JOKE.

Lovely selection of cars there....I had a TVR T350T in that same colour. For me one of TVR's best looking cars.

Yes the TVR looks nice, and a great track day toy. i took both my TVR's to the nurburgring and they were well suited to that, great fun.

I used to run occasionally with a Spectraflair Silver T350 when I had the Cerbera. Looks like a good day.
