If all goes well I'm coming to, am not putting my name on the list as fed up removing it at the last minute, last time I was 3 miles away. Did a few jobs yesterday and going for a long spin tomorrow.

Hello,

I've been lurking on here ever since I picked up my Gransport from Richard Grace last year and am hoping to come along to the Ace Cafe meet. Sounds as though it is going to be a popular one!

I'm working in the city and will need to leave the car somewhere during the day. I was just wondering if anyone knows of somewhere near to the Ace Cafe where I could park and train or tube in? I was thinking it might be easiest to park at the Ace Cafe and head in from there?

Thanks

Ian

I park at QPark in Marylebone which is very reasonable and drive out from there around 4pm. Depends where you are coming from..

Ian, welcome to the madness! Leaving it at the Ace is probably a good plan. Give them a bell and sort it out with them, they are usually quite accommodating. Btw, don't be afraid of the guys who pitch up they are, generally, as mad as a ships cat but most of them don't bite!

Anyone getting to The Ace before 5pm please park at the front of the window...Ace management are aware and allow us but unfortunately they never reserve as its first come first served and its usually a straight fight between ourselves and the little Fiats which we have won more than we have lost

It was interesting to see then getting the shiny tools out to fiddle under the bonnets of their little cars when we had Mark with his spatula and I can't remember what Beau was using...
