It’s probably a no from me then, it’s a long way to drive to freeze my nuts off in a muddy field, the fresh salt on the road doesn’t help.
Enjoy ;)

Looking forward to seeing you all.
Everything should be back to normal, and as @conaero says, there is a big, well drained field for us to park in, away from the general car park. It has never really been muddy in all the years we've been going - especially after reasonably dry weather.
I understand the cafe is back to offering eat-in or takeaway options.
Bring a coat and all should be good :)

Oh no ! My Maserati is broken and I have been unable to mend it today, so I will not be able to meet all you good people tomorrow at Alton.
Have a great time, do post a few pictures and let us know about the best bits of the conversations.

Whilst the tests say nay at the moment, I'm feeling like death warmed up so I won't be there either which is a real shame

I’m hoping to be there. Am picking the Ghibli up from the workshop. Currently on the train to Bournemouth. Really looking forward to the drive, it’s been about 9 months since I last drove her!

The field at the Departure Lounge is never muddy and always well maintained. Just nice short grass to cushion your tyres.

I hope those who make it have a good time. I decided not to go down there in @conaero 's loan Alfa.
I think I will go to the builder's merchant instead and see how many paving slabs it can handle.
:p

I’m here! If you see me do say hi as I don’t know what anyone looks like. Wearing all navy blue with blue sunglasses on my head. I’m Asian, with a shaven head, My name is Shak, came in a black QPV…

Traditionally you need to wear a red carnation in your lapel and carry a copy of the FT :)

Good on you, sir! Have a balst!

That was a great morning with what looked like a good turnout to me, thanks to the Spring sunshine. Pity I was the only 3200 that made it, but it was nice to meet some of you folk from on here.

Welcome to the North Island! Good to meet you and hope you enjoy your 3200, they're a rare beast these days.
