How on earth are you going to get air out of the EV2 line (which controls the engagement of the gears) by bleeding the clutch line?
The actuator is not self bleeding and needs to be removed from the gearbox to loosen the three bleed screws before the SD3 is used to actuate the bleeding sequence. Once the actuator is re-attached you need to perform a self learn.
After replacing EV5 Pipe:
1. Make sure battery fully charged.
2. Fill with new fluid to near top.
3. Power switch on.
4. Pump will prime/pressurise.
5. Check Oil level - fill to near top again.
6. Vacuum bleed from bleed nipple near gearbox/clutch quick disconnect whilst cycling though all gears with engine off. System will prevent too many changes to protect pump. Repeat 3 times making sure no air remains.
7. Check oil level , fill to near top again.
8. Vacuum bleed from bell house clutch bleed point whilst cycling though all gears with engine off. System will prevent too many changes to protect pump. Repeat 3 times making sure no air remains.
10. Ignition off.
11 . Ignition on.
12. Cambiocorsa fault light should turn off.
13. All gears should select and display correctly with ignition on/engine off.
14. Remove any excess fluid until level is 5mm above internal reservoir plate. Approx just over half full.
15. Run engine in neutral for 5 mins.
16. Then with engine running and foot brake on cycle gears 1-2-1 and wait 1 minute. Do this 3 times.
17. Ignition off
18. Normal startup , no faults , drive in manual using all gears, checking auto, sport & ice work.
Only tested for 4200 (2002) coupe and with unknown air ingress due to pipe failure.
