Alloy repair

Anyone know of a bloody good alloy repair specialist in South Wales?? Got forced onto a kerb this evening and it has made a right mess of my rear inside alloy? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try calling your local ding repair man, they usually have contacts that can do that..!! Sometimes good body shops have good contacts too..!! The risk is just going in blind and getting somebody who does not have the skill, a recommendation is worth quite a lot..!!

The guys in Swindon aren't Lepsons anymore. They bought out of the 'franchise' and are now Platinum Alloys. Same premises and still good. They did a refurb' of my ball polished wheel.

Maybe ring Pristine Wheels in MK? I had mmy M3 alloys done there a few years back (and wouldn't go back for polished/diamond cut wheels!) but they were singing the praises of a chap in Wales that would do the best job in the UK on polished M3 wheels.

I didnt get details, but they said for M3 wheels, he was the man to see in the UK. I'd guess he'd do others too if he's mastered M3 wheels.

I don't know how urgent you need the work done but I'm looking to get my wheels fully stripped and re-sprayed in next couple of weeks in line with new tyres.

I've had a third hand recommendation off a mate and will be giving them a go unless I get a better alternative.

I'll post the results none the less. I know there are a few top quality sprayers and mechanics/engineers in the south Wales area, they just need to be coaxed out into the light.

I'd be interested to hear of your experience if you get yours done in the mean time.
