Angle of front seat recline?

I am considering purchasing a convertible GranTourismo/GranCabrio in the 2016-2019 model year range.


I want one car that does it all. I often pullover in rest areas during long trips and want to be able to recline the front seat (either driver or passenger or preferably both) and rest.


I have seen plenty on how to move the front seats forward and backward, up and down, and bend the seat forward. I have not seen anything on how to make the front seats recline.


Are the front seats capable of reclining? If so, roughly how far back (in degrees) do the front seats recline?

I think that the Maserati GranTourismo/GranCabrio front seats do not recline. They only offer adjustments for forward, backward, up and down movement.

They recline fully if the seat is in it’s further forward position, this will reduce the further back it goes.

Short of visiting a dealer (and getting dozens of follow up calls), I was not able to find that information anywhere, not even the owner's manual!

Now, I just have to find the right Masi for my budget.
