Any GranTurismo Owners Located Near Stansted.

Hello Maserati collective

I'm wondering if there are any GranTurismo Auto owners located close to Stansted in Essex who would be kind enough to let me compare their car with mine.

I recently purchased a 4.7 auto and want to know if a couple of noises / vibrations my car makes are just a characteristic of the car, or if it needs to go back to the dealer for a more comprehensive inspection. I'm not going to attempt to describe them because it's almost impossible to convey in words what I can hear / feel, however a quick listen and a passenger seat ride in another car will answer my questions.

The dealer I bought it from are more than happy to fix any issues, however the are located a fair distance away, and I don't want to waste my time or theirs if it's a case of TADTS.....

Happy to show my gratitude with a decent bottle of wine / beer etc...

Harlow close enough?
Or do you specifically think it's related to the 4.7?

Harlow is pretty close ! Not sure if it's a 4.7 thing or not tbo. I think the vibration I can feel is more likely to be transmission related, does the 4.2 & 4.7 have the same zf auto?

If you have any time on Sunday for a quick comparison it would be great.

Auto box is the same indeed. Sadly Sunday is out, as I"m flying to the states. Back on Thursday. Around today and tomorrow as well if that's any help. Other than that, happy to help.

Which is what?

The noises mine makes are out of the exhaust (and engine) as far as I can tell it makes no odd noises or rattles.

It tends to go when the car is warm, it's much more obvious when manoeuvring from cold. It goes completely when you replace the whole set!

Doesn't matter, they make the noise when warm, days like Brunty etc...
