Just realised where you are.
Stopped there on the bikes about 5/6 years ago and had a fish supper and sat outside eating it. Has it had a name change since then.

I definitely don't work for the fish and chip shop.

Car clubs just use it for parking as often it's closed in the day during the week.

The company I work for has three businesses directly opposite.

Braemar Mountain Sports, we sell specialist outdoor, Nordic and ski touring equipment. We also own The Bothy coffee shop next door and we now have 4 larch self catering cabins next door to the coffee shop.

We do have a nice view from the rear deck of The Bothy whilst you relax having food and a drink

I drove Dundee to Tomintoul and back on Friday afternoon. Stopped in Braemar for the public conveniences
When I reached Tomintoul, I stopped for an ice cream and a guy in a VW had parked next to me and said that he thought I'd have been away with the group of Ferraris and Porsches that were heading through Tomintoul on the way to Grantown on Spey, so I presumed they were later in the day, but perhaps not?
