Couple of people mentioned Limewood but for those who don't know... it's the Pigs big grown up brother. Same group... same man behind it... actually where his vision started post Soho house post hotel du vin etc. Not a fluke they've all be major successes. Very different experience but if you like one...

Reviving this thread!
Does anyone have a hotel recommendation in Lymington? (I'm catching an early ferry to IoW.)

We stayed at The New Forest recently. The Elderflower in Lymington and Verveine (fish restaurant) in Milford on Sea are both phenomenal. We had taster menus in both and I don’t think I’ve ever eaten better, anywhere

This is only mildly Maserati related...

I'm taking my wife, and my GTS, down to the New Forest for a 3 nights relaxing break, and am wondering if anyone has suggestions for places to go, roads to drive, places to eat, etc...

We will be staying in New Milton.

Thanks for any suggestions...
Hopefully not a visit to Sportsitalia :p

…but you are most welcome to pop in and say hi.

Looks very nice. We just wanted one night and they have a two-night minimum at weekends.

No, it's 21 March to 1 April (no fooling) for SportsItalia. This is for a genteel 'Owners Club' tour of the IoW in May.

The Pig is only a few minutes drive north of Lymington, so I'd stay there. Decent food as well.

Related to the Senspa (does lovely treatments.....) is the Montagu Arms near Brockenhurst - Senspa also has a hotel.
