Anyone using Michelin Pilot Super Sport run-flats?

I am looking to replace my fronts' pothole damaged Michelin Pilot Super Sports with P245/35/19.

These are run-flats so I am hoping they would stand a better chance of PA (USA) roads and take the no-spare concern away too.

Has anyone experience with these?

I wouldn't touch run flats, they are so stiff on the side walls they will destroy the ride.
