Autocar paper edition new QP vs Jag

Had a quick look in this weeks Autocar, they had a head to head with the new QP vs Jag XJ. Maser only got 3.5 stars (as usual for Autoclaptrap), they described the interior as being 'ordinary'. Also said the ride wasn't very good. Didn't get a chance to read it all, was over 4 pages or so. The car was in a dull metallic colour with black interior (not split rear seats).

Sounds dissapointing, mind you the Jag is very well appointed and well built..??

The reviews have not been gushing so no suprise....

They didn't like the rear seat ambience - not enough toys compared with the Jag. Blindingly quick in a straight line, but didn't like the ride. Sound familiar?

We forget guys....its not aimed at the UK or maybe even the EU market....all for the Yanks...Chinese and Indian......it reflects their needs and preferences not the rest of us!

Thing is it's very big as well so will never be like the outgoing model....As many have said that will be left for the new Ghibli.....I hope...
