Beeping noise 3200

Hi all,
My 3200 had a problem with its heater when I bought it last year. It did not really react to the turning knobs on the panel.
But as I did not use it much, it was a job for next summer.
But then it stopped completely, which was caused by a burned fusepanel.
I replaced the panel, and now it is working again, and it is even listening to the instructions I give it with the turning knobs.
Only the main display between the speedo and tacho is not working now. probably a fuse that needs replacing in the new fusepanel.
But since the replacement of the complete fusebox, I get a beeping noise every now and then.
A electronic sound of say 3 seconds.
Could it be the warning for low temperature outside? As the panel is not showing the outside temperature, I can't see if it says 2 degrees or so...
Thanks!

It is the ICE warning and as your panel is not working you don't see the flashing temperature warning symbol.

Panic over :)

Thought as much, thanks!
As it is 5 degrees, it sounds like the sensor in the mirror is at fault, wouldn't you agree?

So at 5 degrees, but still beeping, the sensor (or ECU :conf4: ) is at fault, right?

Somethings not right. It shouldn't beep all the time either, just when the temp drops below 2C or on start up when the temp *is* below 2C

Well that is it, a beep of 3 seconds, right. I guess that I better first find the cause for the display not working, most likely a fuse not connecting well enough.
Because maybe the fuse of the sensor is playing up as well...
Before I start dismanteling the door panel and mirror to access that sensor...

Should be just one beep though....

Ok, maybe I described it wrongly, it is an electronic warning sound of 3 secs. then stops. But might sound again after 2 minutes, and after 10 , and then again after 13 minutes.
With temperatures of 5-7 degrees in reality, not 2 or under. So something is wrong.
(haven't had time to pull the box/panel apart, fuses itself are ok...)
Does this sound as a faulty sensor in the mirror? Or is there another sensor somewhere in the front bumper?

Heard it on one of my 3200's which had a control panel issue would do it for a bit then stopped. I've never know 3200 to have any decent aircon working or the heater controls have always resulted in steamy interior on days like today. Another afterthought.
