I didn't see it... Arrived in Exeter around 18.15 from Sailsbury Plain...

We passed Thruxton (westward) at around 17.15 Newton, and the guy was cruising at a seemingly comfortable 70.

I've just realised that the company is based at Ilminster so he could have been heading home.
