Really want to do an "event" in Italy and this looks half sensible money for two runs up a 26km closed hill..diners and accomodation and lots of nice cars (€5-600) ....theres an event closer to our place that runs across the Appennino ,(Reggio Emilio to Cinque Terre, Forte dei Marmi) but its really competitive and expensive and geared more towards older cars(Terre de Cannosa)....

Anyone ever looked at doing this or going to it..looks like there are lots of Masers and you only need to go as hard as you want to.....

I did look at this. Especially as I'm in Italy until midweek of the week before. In the end I decided against it for this year. Maybe in a couple of years time.

Seen an advert for that in the Maserati club magazine, does look pretty good value, especially if you tied it in with an Italy tour to make the run over worthwhile.

It is a LONG trek for us though.... easiest way from N Irl i think is day 1 ferry belfast-cairnryan, drive to newcastle to get eve ferry to Holland...you arrive good to go next morning after a decent nights sleep....no battling through traffic down England....
