Hehehe, that is the best laugh I've had at a project for a while! At just what point, if ever, has he realised that it looks nothing, absolutely nothing, like a Bugatti!

Just think what it's cost in time and money to get to a point where realistically it's worth less than the MGF it started as

Having built one off stuff in the past I respect anyone who takes on something like this.
However in his head he had an idea of what he was going to build. At some stage he has taken a look at his work and thought "this is just shite" and gave up.

Bit harsh on your daughter, I'm sure she's trying her best.

I'm trying to guess what it started out as...then I thought why do people think that they can do this...and I wonder why he's selling it, the wife perhaps?

If it was a perfect replica it would have been really at home on that drive.
